Our Story

Founded by hospitality veteran Yusa Imori, with Masters in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Serengeti Solutions Consultancy (SSC) began with a simple vision: to bring world‑class expertise to Tanzania’s Hospitality sector. Drawing on over a decade of experience in U.S. and East African hospitality markets, our founder saw an opportunity to help small‑to‑mid–sized operations maximize their potential—operationally, financially, and culturally—while uplifting local communities and preserving the environment.
